Key Responsibilities for the Litigation Secretary:

  • Manage a 4:1 desk as a highly organized Litigation Secretary, supporting attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs
  • Perform state and federal e-filing as a skilled Litigation Secretary with at least 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Coordinate scheduling as a proactive Litigation Secretary, including travel, depositions, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle docketing, document preparation, filing, service of documents, new matter intake, and financial processing as a detail-oriented Litigation Secretary
  • Bring preferred experience in Insurance Defense and/or Healthcare Litigation as a knowledgeable and adaptable Litigation Secretary (preferred but not required)
